CAP Accreditation
We are committed to operating all our laboratory facilities by accreditation standards that exceed those published by the College of American Pathologists (CAP). All HealthTrackRx laboratories participate in the CAP’s rigorous accreditation program that has become the industry’s gold standard for molecular diagnostics.

Continuous Performance Evaluation
HealthTrackRx testing undergoes meticulous validation testing according to CAP and CLSI guidelines prior to implementation for patient testing. Analytical and Clinical performance evaluations are concluded before the launch of any new test system and are continuously re-evaluated throughout the year to ensure patient data integrity. Our credentialled Medical Science Liaison team can easily answer any questions regarding performance metric data.

Alternative Assessments
For esoteric analytes for which no commercial PT program is available, HealthTrackRx administers an in-house biannual assessment program utilizing biorepository organisms to ensure consistent and accurate detection in any patient specimen.

HealthTrackRx’s Quality Assurance department conducts Quality Management Reviews across all phases of testing monthly to isolate potential issues before they can affect patient samples.
