Hallie Buchanan has been a vital part of the HealthTrackRx family for nearly four years. Starting as a Territory Service Specialist, she climbed the ranks to become a Territory Director, a role she’s embraced with enthusiasm and commitment.

Hallie’s day-to-day responsibilities are a mix of account management and prospecting new business, which involves a lot of driving, problem solving, and determination. She collaborates closely with her manager Jess Spragg, neighboring Territory Directors Kimberly Wilson and Brooks McDonel, and Account Manager Jennifer Palmer, forming a dynamic team that ensures smooth operations across her territory. Hallie’s contributions as a Regional Sales Leader and taking on several mentees reflect her dedication to fostering growth and maintaining strong relationships with her coworkers.

What initially drew Hallie to HealthTrackRx was the company’s remarkable response to the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly with its PCR testing capabilities. Today, what she loves most is the next-day turnaround time that empowers providers to deliver fast, impactful care to their patients.

HealthTrackRx has also been a platform for Hallie’s personal and professional growth. Through navigating challenging conversations with clinic staff and providers, she’s gained confidence in her roles that have positively shaped her career. Her journey from a Territory Service Specialist to a Territory Director is a testament to her resilience and determination. One of her proudest moments came in the summer of 2024 when her territory doubled in size while she was without a Territory Service Specialist for six months. It was a long six months, but it was a challenge she met head-on and didn’t look back.

Hallie’s inspiration comes from her family. Her husband and daughter motivate her every day, along with her parents, who have instilled in her a strong work ethic and sense of independence they get from their work as independent business owners. When she’s not working, Hallie enjoys reading with her book club or spending quality time with her daughter exploring museums and parks.

A fun fact about Hallie? She’s the first person in her family to earn a college degree—a milestone she’s incredibly proud of.
