Jasmine Spade has been a valuable member of the HealthTrackRx family for over a year now. She began her journey as a Lab Assistant I and continues to thrive in the same role. Jasmine’s dedication to her job is evident in her daily routine, which often starts in the evening. When she sets up the lab equipment and gets the plates ready for the shift. Usually being the first one in, she takes on the responsibility of ensuring everyone is set for success, including managing communications by sending out emails to staff.

As a key member of the pre-operations team, Jasmine plays a significant role as a mentor and guide to new employees, taking on a “big sister” role. Her adaptability and willingness to embrace change, especially with new team members coming on board, make her a crucial part of the team.

Jasmine’s path to HealthTrackRx is an inspiring one. Currently, studying engineering in college, she found a calling in the lab field, inspired by her mother’s career. The COVID-19 pandemic led her to reconsider her path while in college, bringing her to HealthTrackRx. Here, she enjoys the unique opportunity to interact with various departments beyond just lab personnel, enriching her professional experience. Professionally, Jasmine has honed her communication skills, learning to effectively interact with people from diverse backgrounds. On a personal level, she has benefited from the growth, mentorship, and professional guidance offered by her managers.

Jasmine takes great pride in her accomplishments at HealthTrackRx, including achieving a remarkable On Time Percentage for 10 out of 12 months and maintaining an error percentage that is below average. Her focus on consistency and teamwork have been key contributors to these successes.

Family is a significant motivator for Jasmine. With her mother also working in lab work, Jasmine feels a strong sense of accountability, knowing her mother is also dedicated to the field. This shared experience and accountability to her coworkers drives her to excel and keeps her motivated.

Outside of work, Jasmine enjoys cooking and exploring new recipes she finds on social media and indulging in shopping when she’s not at work or school. A creative at heart, she also has a passion for making social media content and creating graphics using Canva Pro.
