Since joining HealthTrackRx in August 2024, Mike Buckley has been a driving force in establishing and growing the Salt Lake City territory. As a Territory Director, Mike’s typical day involves balancing prospecting new clients and ensuring current clients receive the exceptional service they deserve.

Mike is part of a fantastic team, led by Shane Monahan, who has given Mike all the tools necessary to be successful. When Mike first started, he took the opportunity to come to Sacramento to learn the ins and outs from fellow Territory Director Jordan Peterson, which gave him a deep understanding of the business in a short period of time. Mike credits Shane and Jordan with helping to contribute to HealthTrackRx’s mission of providing unmatched service in infectious disease testing within his Salt Lake City territory.

What drew Mike to HealthTrackRx was the unique opportunity to start a new territory from the ground up and build his own book of business. He was inspired by the company’s extraordinary services compared to that of other labs, along with our vibrant culture that fosters innovation and collaboration. While having previously held sales roles in the lab sector, Mike hadn’t yet worked in the infectious disease space before HealthTrackRx but wanted a challenge and hasn’t looked back. One of his proudest accomplishments was recently onboarding a large Women’s Health group, a significant milestone in building up the Salt Lake City territory.

Mike’s dedication is fueled by his natural instinct to excel in all he does. He’s also deeply motivated to set an example for his kids, teaching them the value of hard work and perseverance.

Outside of work, Mike is passionate about fitness. Whether it’s lifting weights in the gym or running outside, he thrives on the daily grind of self-improvement. Most people may not know that Mike was a nationally ranked cross-country runner in high school—a testament to his competitive spirit! When he gets some spare time, he enjoys playing Overwatch to unwind.
