Joining the HealthTrackRx family earlier this year, Murtuza Bohari quickly established himself as a valuable member of our team. As an Operations Analyst, Murtuza brings dedication, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence, all of which have made a significant impact in our Clarksville, IN lab over the past 10 months. His work with the lab team involves supporting labor planning through the management of a sophisticated model that utilizes multiple data inputs for accurate forecasting. His contributions don’t stop there: Murtuza has developed a Statistical Process Control dashboard that has proven instrumental in maintaining compliance and efficiency for the lab team.
A typical day for Murtuza involves a variety of data-driven projects, including ad-hoc analyses for stakeholders. He has implemented tools like a multiple positivity dashboard, which has enhanced reporting and supports the lab team’s goals, even helping them publish research papers. Murtuza collaborates with five other members, each focused on different areas within HealthTrackRx.
Murtuza was drawn to HealthTrackRx due to his long-standing interest in healthcare, which was inspired by his mother, a doctor. Hearing about HealthTrackRx’s people-centered, high-performance culture, he knew it was the right place for him. Since joining, he has found HealthTrackRx’s supportive culture to be incredibly rewarding, describing his colleagues as kind and invested in helping each other grow.
Working at HealthTrackRx has enabled Murtuza to expand his practical knowledge of the healthcare industry and apply his skills in Operations Management and Supply Chain Management to make a real-world impact. His work optimizing processes and reducing manual tasks, such as through the automated reporting system he developed, has provided meaningful contributions to HealthTrackRx’s mission of Getting People Healthier Faster. When asked about his biggest influences, Murtuza mentioned his sister, whose commitment to excellence continually inspires him.
Outside of work, Murtuza has a passion for kayaking, enjoying weekly excursions that allow him to connect with nature. He’s also an avid gamer and is always looking for the next big game to challenge himself. A fun fact about Murtuza? He’s fluent in six languages: English, Hindi, Marathi, Urdu, Gujarati, and Lisaan ud-Da’wat, a skill that reflects his cultural heritage and adaptability.
